HOW TO JOIN

TO JOIN AND PAY OFF LINE:

• You can download and print the complete 15 page packet here. Of course, you can print out only the pages you need. Then you can fill out the pages and mail, fax or bring them to the temple with your payment.
• You can have one mailed to you by contacting the temple office at (805) 581-3723 or by email.
• There are also packets available at the temple. See mailing info and directions on our home page.

RELIGIOUS SCHOOL REGISTRATION

Both pages of the Religious School Registration Form must be filled out and signed, or students will not be able to attend class. You can mail, fax or bring them to the temple. If you join on line, you may bring the forms on the first day of school.

Please pre-register to avoid long lines and lengthy delays the first day of school, or be at school no later than 8:30 am on September 13 to register.
