PLEASE NOTE:
High Holy Day tickets are non-transferable and are included for each paid immediate family member, based on membership type. Please indicate how many tickets you require.
TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL HIGH HOLIDAY TICKETS FOR NON-MEMBERS:
A monthly payment plan is available. Please remit a 25% deposit. The remaining balance will be billed monthly. PLEASE FILL OUT THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT/REGISTRATION FORM and return it to us by mail, electronically, or in person so that we can bill you for the remaining payments.
CBE reserves the right to charge monthly payments to a credit card if members are two or more months past due. See below for a printable Credit Card Authorization Form.
There will be a $25 service charge for returned checks.
Prior balances must be paid in full.
