Please join us. Without all of you the temple cannot exist. We need our congregants to keep us the wonderful family that we are. See you at CBE! Please read the following before filling out any forms: Prior balances must be paid in full. If you are not paying for the 2011-2012 year in full, both pages of the Membership Agreement / Registration Form (packet pages 5 & 6) must be filled out and signed. Monthly payment plans will be accepted by credit or debit card
only. Please
complete the Credit / Debit Card Authorization Form (packet page 9)
to authorize the monthly
payment. Returning members do not need to fill out and return the Membership Family Record (packet page 8) unless there are changes since last year. No one will be denied membership due to his or her inability to meet the fee schedule described on packet page 6. Adjustments are available for those demonstrating need. RELIGIOUS SCHOOL REGISTRATION: Both pages of the Religious School Registration Form (packet pages 11 & 12) must be filled out and signed for new AND returning students, or students will not be able to attend class. Please pre-register to avoid long lines and lengthy delays the first day of school, or be at school no later than 8:30 AM on September 11 to register. HIGH HOLY DAY TICKETS High Holy Day tickets are included with Congregation B'nai Emet membership, depending upon member category. Use the form on page 7 of the Membership Packet only to request tickets for non-members or those outside of your immediate family.
