CBE Membership Information
Congregation B'nai Emet Membership is now paperless on our
membership packets and High Holiday ticket order forms. You can print the pages that you need and just read the rest on your computer
screen. We will be saving paper, postage, money, and time.
You
can even pay your fees safely and conveniently
on line through PayPal.
We hope that you find this a convenient way to renew,
rejoin, or join us for the first time, but if you need help, please contact the temple or Shelly

Please
read the following before filling out any forms:
Prior balances must be paid in full.
If
you are not paying in full, both pages of the Membership Agreement
/ Registration Form
must be filled out and signed.
If
you want your future payments to be charged
to your credit card, please fill out the Credit
Card Registration Form.
No one will be denied membership due to his or her inability
to meet the fee schedule described on the reverse side of this form.
Adjustments are available for those demonstrating need. Please call the Temple
Office at (805) 581-3723 for more information.

If you want a complete printed
membership packet:
You
can have one mailed to you by contacting
the temple office at (805) 581-3723 or
by email.
There are also packets available
at the temple. See mailing info and directions on our
home page.
You can download and print
the complete 15 page packet here.
Then you can fill out the pages and mail, fax
or bring them to the temple with your payment.
RELIGIOUS
SCHOOL REGISTRATION:
Both pages of the Religious School Registration Form must be
filled out and signed for new AND returning students, or students will not be able to attend class.
Please
pre-register to avoid long lines and lengthy delays the first day of school, or
be at school no later than 8:30 AM on September 12 to register.
